Data you provide: when you fill in the contact form or book a call you share data such as name, email, company, budget, timeline and your message.

Marketing/event data: with your consent, interaction events are shared with advertising (e.g. Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and analytics platforms.

Responding to requests and managing bookings — pre-contractual/contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Statistical analysis and site improvement — legitimate interest or consent, depending on the tool (Art. 6.1.a/f GDPR).

Contact/booking data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and thereafter for applicable legal terms. Consent-based data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the relevant tool’s expiry.

You may exercise the rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
